Nose: The grain is typically Loch Lomondish in its embracing style, wrapping soft arms around the flintier, more energetic malt.
Taste: Grain comes together with the malt - sharp, mouthwatering, grassy and fresh.
Finish: Waves of soft vanilla and spice.
Balance: A delicious blend against the odds. An arranged marriage of blend and grain as both are the first organic whiskies of their kind.
Has worked well by the liberal use (30%) of Springbank. One-off!
